* 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
* 1 tsp. fennel seeds
* 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
* 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
* 1/2 c. pecans, roughly chopped
* 3 oz. crumbled feta cheese
