🍺Do You Know About the Gratitude Mug🍺

This mug was purchased during one of our Mug Club Auctions as a way to say thank you to the heroes of our community. The purposes is simple.

When an Active Military, Veteran, First Responder, Doctor/Nurse, Teacher, or Police Officer customer visits our taproom, and this mug is on the wall, they can drink their FSBC beer from this mug as a small gesture of Gratitude for what they do to protect and serve our communities.

And, there are Beer Angels available for those heroes as well, purchased by other customers, to be used by those in our community doing the greatest work.

At all times, and especially during times like these, take a moment to say thank you to those who sacrifice for a greater good. ...

🌀Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts🌀

The events, destruction, and community of the past few days has been belief defying. Our state may never be the same, certainly many lives will never be the same. Seeing a disaster like is not something most can be desensitized to due to the magnitude and reality of how many lives it touches.

What’s been almost as belief defying as the natural disaster is the natural humanness of rallying to support those who were affected and suffering and surviving. The number of crews from all over North America currently in WNC working to restore power, water, internet, and cell service is nothing short of amazing.

The number of groups that are organizing to supply the area with basic needs is nothing short of inspiring. There are multiple drop sites around Asheboro for these basic needs, many with the resources to get these supplies to WNC. So, please, take any and all supply, food, and basic need donations to these organized sites including @rcso_nc, @firstasheboro, @sunsetavenuecog, and @asheboro_high_school.

If you can make financial donations, please make sure they are going to vetted organizations like the @redcrossnc, @samaritanspurse, and @unitedwayabc.

We will be donating a portion of our October sales to relief efforts in conjunction with the @ncbrewersguild. So, every beer enjoyed here in our taproom or sold as to-go will have an impact on helping relief efforts with our fellow North Carolinians. ...

And…that’s a wrap on ASHEtoberfest 2024! We hope you had a chance to come by to celebrate community and have some fun last Saturday. The weather was great. The music rocked. The beer was fresh and cold. The cocktails from @thepharmacycocktail were spot on. The food was delicious. And fun was everywhere!
