We had an Epiphany! πŸ’‘ For a long time Andrew, our head brewery, had been deciding and playing around with what style of beer he wanted to use Epiphany Craft Malt (of Durham, NC) for as a ‘celebrated’ beginning with Four Saints! One day, Andrew had his own epiphany that we needed to have a dopplebock in our fermenters! It was the eureka moment he had been waiting for and now we get to enjoy Epiphanator Doppelbock, made from local malt and Ayinger yeast! Notes: Medium Bodied, Amber, Malty, Sweet
