Welcome back, Sneeuw! 👋🏼 Sneeuw (pronounced SNOO) is Dutch for snow. A perfect time for this style in North Carolina’s notorious January where it may be a rainy day in 60 degree weather or 12 inches of flaky fury! Who knows? For this IPA stylization, Andrew brewed a seasonal Belgian wit ale, with some orange peel for some added zip, and hopped it with Mosaic, Cascade, Chinook hops. 🤤 notes: citrus + hoppy + hazy
